Discipleship Cohorts

A Cohort is a learning environment that provides intensive training in discipleship that will enhance each participants relationship with Christ as well as prepare him or her to lead and develop their own network of Discipleship Triads and Quads

Each cohort meets once per quarter in a two-day retreat setting for one year. These learning environments will enable each participant to integrate the interdisciplinary and multidimensional elements of the Matrix for Christ Formation. The interdisciplinary elements that inform the Matrix include Theology, Psychology, and Neurology and the multidimensional elements include connecting the head and the heart.

And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others.” 2 Timothy 2:2

These cohorts are interactive and include group discussion, time alone with God, and small group experiences.

Alumni from each cohort will receive ongoing coaching in small group dynamics to ensure continued effectiveness in leading and multiplying Discipleship Triads and Quads.

To register for one of the Discipleship Cohorts, you must have participated in a Triad or Quad for at least 12 months. If you would like more information on Discipleship Cohorts, please send us an e-mail using the Contact Form.
